Rotary Club of Lake Nona | This Week’s Meeting

Mental Health & Wellness: Breaking the Silence

Join us Tuesday, August 25th for our next Rotary Club of Lake Nona luncheon as we come together for fellowship, community connection, and an important conversation focused on Mental Health & Wellness.

Mental health touches every part of our community, including our families, workplaces, schools, and friendships. Yet too often, people struggle in silence because of stigma, fear, or simply not knowing where to turn.

This week, we’re creating space for a conversation that matters. Talking about mental health is important. Open conversations can reduce stigma, encourage people to seek support, and remind those who may be struggling that they are not alone.

πŸ’™ Thank You, Rotarians!

A heartfelt thank you to our Lake Nona Rotarians who joined us for the Edward Jones Grand Opening and helped make the evening even more meaningful through service!

Together, our Rotarians helped assemble Autism Support Kits for Nemours Children’s Hospital, turning a celebration into an opportunity to give back to children and families in our community. πŸ§©πŸ’™

It was wonderful to see Service Above Self in action and to have so many of our Rotary family there to support the evening.

Thank you for showing up, lending a hand, and continuing to make an impact in Lake Nona! πŸ’™πŸ’›
