On November 11th 2023, Rebuild Yourself Inc. is hosting a Veterans Day Pancake Breakfast at Longhorn Steakhouse Lake Nona from 7:30 am to 10:30 am.
Our next General Meeting is Tuesday, November 14th 2023.
November 28th 2023 We are planning a Tour of the Ronald McDonald House Lake Nona Campus.
We are looking forward to seeing you at our next general meeting on Tuesday, November 14th 2023. Our guest speaker will be Jasmyne Reese (Community Engagement Manager) from the Dr. Phillips Center for the Performing Arts. This will be an amazing meeting so please bring a friend.
Our meeting will be held at the Ronald McDonald House Lake Nona Campus at Address 6551 Nemours Pkwy. The meeting time will be 11:45am to 1:00pm. Please try your best to be on time. Lunch is served at 11:45am and networking is from 11:45am to 12:00pm.
At our last meeting on October 24th 2023, our guest speaker Dr. Vonda Wright of Hughston Orthopedics located at the Lake Nona Performance Club was nothing short of amazing. Her presentation and discussion on the importance of muscle mobility especially as we age was eye opening.
Thank you Becky Cassidy! for being our hero of the month! Becky was the mvp for most food donations pickups and deliveries for the month of September 2023!
