We have expanded the format to a day and a half with outstanding speakers, networking, leadership and learning opportunities. Registration for all events can be found in one combined registration. Just sign up for the events and activities that are applicable to you. We have provided a "bundled" registration fee that offers a small discount on participating in the cocktail party, lunch and Governor's Banquet vs. registering à la carte.
Clubs may register for tables, so your club can be together or choose VIP tables to include their favorite Speaker or Governor.

We are also bringing back the Governor's Cup Golf Tournament. It is Thursday, June 6 with check-in beginning at 1 pm at Heathrow Country Club. Put together a team or two from your club and plan to win the Governor's Cup and bragging rights! Appetizers and a cash bar will be available after the tournament.
The opening session of the Rotary District 6980 District Conference will begin with lots of fun, fellowship, food, and networking! The House of Friendship will open at 5 pm on Friday, June 7th in the Foyer of the Orlando Lake Mary Marriott around conference rooms A and B. We will have a Rotarian Business Networking event from 5:30 to 6:30 pm and then the Cocktail Reception for continued networking and fellowship begins at 6:30 p.m. on the Grand Terrace.
Advance tickets are required for the cocktail reception - either purchased individually, or if you choose, bundled as a part of your total registration that includes 2 drink tickets and appetizers.
Saturday will begin with the House of Friendship opening at 8 a.m. Then the Opening Ceremony is at 9:00 a.m.

The House of Friendship will be open 5 – 9 pm Friday, June 7 and 8 – 9 a.m. Saturday, June 8 DURING breaks, lunch and from 3:30 to 5:00 pm
Dress for all sessions on Friday and Saturday daytime is Rotary Casual/Business Casual.
Saturday's Governor's Ball will include our Awards Banquet and the installation of DGE Sonya Laboco as your new District Governor. It will be a night of dining, dancing and fun! Dress is business or black tie for the men, cocktail attire for the ladies. We will be entertained by the Dave Capp Project with Ms. France Neil!
