πŸ’™πŸ’› Calling All Volunteers! Let's Make a Difference Together!

Rotary Club of Lake Nona | Service Above Self 🌎

One of the greatest things about being a Rotarian is the opportunity to make a difference in the lives of others. And the good news is, we have SO many wonderful opportunities to serve our community, and we need YOU! πŸ™Œ

Whether you have an hour to give, a few hours each month, or want to get more involved in an ongoing project, there is something for everyone! We encourage all our members, families, friends, and Junior Rotarians to find a way to get involved.

🀝 Here Are Just a Few Ways You Can Serve!

🧁 Publix Baked Goods Pickups

Help collect donated baked goods from Publix so they can be distributed to individuals and families in need. It's a simple way to make a big impact and help reduce food waste!

🍽️ Meals With a Mission

Join us as we help prepare and serve meals to those experiencing food insecurity. This is a wonderful hands-on opportunity to connect with others while making sure our neighbors have access to a warm meal.

πŸŽƒ Boo Bash

Help us bring smiles to families and children in our community! From event setup to assisting with activities, there are plenty of opportunities to make this family-friendly event a success.

🐀 Lake Nona Duck Derby

Our annual Duck Derby is coming up on December 5, and we need lots of helping hands! Volunteers can assist with event preparation, setup, registration, activities, duck races, and more. This is one of our biggest community events, and it's a great opportunity to serve while having FUN!

🏑 Ronald McDonald House – Share-A-Meal

Help provide meals and comfort to families with children receiving medical care. Sometimes a warm meal and a friendly smile can make an incredible difference during a difficult time.

πŸ‡ΊπŸ‡Έ Fisher House – Supporting Military Families

Join us in serving military and veteran families through our Fisher House service opportunities. It's one way we can show our appreciation and support for those who have sacrificed so much.

🌟 Junior Rotarians & Youth Service Projects

Help support our next generation of leaders! Our Junior Rotarians are growing, and we have exciting opportunities to mentor, encourage, and serve alongside teens who want to make a difference in their community.

πŸ’™ A Little Reminder About Why We Serve

Rotary isn't just about attending meetings. It's about showing up, building friendships, supporting one another, and making a real difference in our community.

You don't have to participate in every project, but imagine the impact we could make if every member committed to serving in just one or two activities each month!

And don't forget to invite your spouse, children, friends, neighbors, or coworkers. Volunteering is even more meaningful when we share the experience with others!

Together, we can accomplish so much more than any one of us could do alone.

Thank you to everyone who continues to give their time, talents, and hearts to serving others. Your commitment is what makes the Rotary Club of Lake Nona such a special organization.

πŸ’™πŸ’› Let's get involved, have fun, and continue putting SERVICE ABOVE SELF into action!

πŸ’™ Why Join the Rotary Club of Lake Nona?

Looking for a way to give back, build meaningful relationships, and make a difference right here in our community?
